April 29, 2006 -Grand Opening for 2006 Season

  • Park opening 8:00AM
     

June 3rd, 2006 -Mentally Challenged Day

  • Hosted by United Commercial Travelers, Pictonian Council 879 , LORDA and the Nova Scotia Dept of Fisheries & Agriculture.
     

June 10th, 2006 -Appreciation Day

  • BBQ, etc for all donors and sponsors of LORDA
    11:00AM - 2:00PM
     

August 19th, 2006 -Annual Church Service

  • Hosted by Rev. Gary Tonks and the Presbytry of Hopewell, Middle River, Gairloch, Non Denominational and LORDA
     

August 27, 2006 -Overseas War Veterans Picnic

  • 1:00PM until 5:00PM
    Providing we can get sponsors.  Interested parities please call the park.
